Why Paraguay's Chaco Basin

Paraguayan tax legislation offers no sales tax in exploration, exempt corporate tax for the first 5 years, and 10% thereafter. With 10% tax credit on exports, the effective corporate tax is zero. Repatriation of profits is tax free with only 2.5% royalties.
